On 17 November 2025, ZDH held the Kunyu Map launch event. Users and experts from flight schools, airlines, and other organizations attended and conducted an in-depth discussion on practical application scenarios of Kunyu Map.
Kunyu Map is built around three core principles—“Ultra-fast, Visually Clear, and Easy to integrate”—to deliver a smarter and more professional aeronautical chart visualization platform.
Kunyu Map adopts ZDH’s new-generation self-developed WebGL rendering engine, significantly enhancing chart rendering performance. On standard laptops, it supports fast rendering of hundreds of thousands of data points and tens of thousands of route segments, while maintaining 60+ FPS interactive frame rates, meeting the efficiency requirements for rendering professional datasets such as all-time flight situation/traffic information.
Kunyu Map applies open and data-decoupled rendering technology. Built on ZDH’s chart design platform under development, it supports user-defined chart styling. It also introduces intelligent features such as layer comparison interaction and dynamic annotation generation, greatly improving chart production efficiency and satisfying large-scale, integrated scenario visualization needs.
Kunyu Map follows a B/S architecture and SDK-based design, supporting diverse and mobile-platform integration requirements. It provides APIs for airlines to access custom data sources, and enables seamless integration with ZDH’s visualization alerts and route-strategy data—global aviation business scenarios can be enabled with just a few lines of code.
ZDH also provides comprehensive SDK documentation to help developers integrate efficiently, along with professional technical support to accelerate deployment.
Kunyu Map not only delivers core chart capabilities, but also supports route planning services, and can seamlessly connect to overseas AIP data or local navigation
messages. Users are welcome to access and use it.
